SHIPPING:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable. While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, peak seasons, or carrier-related issues.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error was made on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours for non-personalized items and within 1 hour for personalized items.
