• We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
• We also strive to represent the color of each item as accurately as possible. Please note that actual colors may vary due to several factors, including:

1. The natural characteristics of leather — no two pieces are ever exactly the same in shade or grain.

2. Leather naturally darkens and develops a patina over time.

3. Your individual screen settings and display calibration.

4. Lighting conditions during product photography.

5. Personal perception of color, which can vary from person to person.

• Please also note that we work exclusively with natural materials, which means that some variation is to be expected:

— Full-grain leather items may vary slightly in texture compared to the product images. Some pieces may be more or less pebbled — no two hides have the exact same grain pattern.

— Crazy Horse leather items may also have unique surface characteristics that differ from the photos. These can include natural imperfections like scuffs or small wrinkles — all of which are due to the anatomical properties of the hide. Please be aware that Crazy Horse leather develops patina easily and is prone to scratching. This is not a flaw but a signature feature of its natural, rugged beauty.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
