We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Personalized items are non-returnable, unless the personalization was completed incorrectly due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, you may either contact us with your order details, or submit a return request through your customer account on our website.
Once your return request is received and approved, you’ll receive further instructions. After the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Submitting a return request through your account
If you choose to submit a return through your account, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account by clicking the profile icon in the store menu, or by visiting this page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
- Find the order you wish to return and click Request return.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you would like to return.
- Choose a return reason and, if needed, add a note.
- Submit your return request.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with return instructions. Once the item is returned and processed, your refund will be issued.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved:
- The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, though this timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Personalized items are non-exchangeable, unless the personalization was completed incorrectly due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Any price difference and the cost of shipping the replacement item must be covered by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with sending the replacement.
4. Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations under the following conditions:
- Non-personalized items: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Personalized items: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, depending on your bank's policies.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
