1. What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing and Material Defects: If you discover any issue related to the craftsmanship or materials used, please contact us with your proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect.

Hardware (Buttons, Buckles, D-Rings):

• Covered for the lifetime of the product.
• If any hardware breaks within 6 months of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge, including return shipping.
• After 2 years, repair services remain available, though shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Seams:

• Covered for 90 days from the delivery date.
• Within this period, any defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
• After 90 days, we’re happy to assist with repairs, though shipping charges will apply.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Accidental damage or misuse of the product
• Natural aging of leather, including changes in color, texture, or patina
• Zippers are not covered under this warranty. To help extend their lifespan, we recommend keeping zippers clean and avoiding excessive force when operating them.
